These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FirePencil.AI website and services (the “Service”), operated by FirePencil.AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FirePencil.AI is an autonomous AEO agent, with a built-in SEO automation layer, that works to make AI answer engines (and traditional search engines) find, trust, and cite your brand. We also provide a free AEO Audit and related tools. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Free AEO Audit & free trial
The free AEO Audit and any free-trial period (currently a 12-week trial, no credit card required) are offered at our discretion and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at any time. Nothing on this website is a binding offer of pricing or availability until confirmed in writing.
4. Owner approval & your responsibilities
Where the Service makes changes to your website or content, those changes are performed with your approval and access. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining backups, and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary for us to act on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it without authorisation, use it for unlawful purposes, or submit content that infringes the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, frameworks (including the BEACON framework and the 12 AEO pillars), designs, and content, is owned by FirePencil.AI and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your own brand, website, and content; you grant us the limited rights needed to provide the Service to you.
7. Third-party engines & no guarantee of results
The Service relies on third-party AI answer engines and search engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google), which are controlled by others and change frequently. AI-generated answers are inherently variable. We work to improve your visibility and citation likelihood, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, mention, traffic, or revenue outcome.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirePencil.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
